Directors Phil and Glen have 43 years grounds maintenance & horticulture experience between them.

Glen

Glen followed his lifetime passion for plants by joining a large commercial nursery in 1986, leaving his time as a boilermaker. For 13 years he worked in some of Melbournes largest trade nurseries where he went from growing plants to consulting with farmers and lanscapers advising them on which plants to use.
He left the nursery industry in 1999 to enter the gronds maintenance industry.

Phil

Phil started cleaning up gardens and lawn mowing to make extra money to support his young family and to help pay the mortgage in January 1990. For the next nine years he built up his part-time lawn mowing - gardening round to the point where he could leave his full-time job with Australia Post to work in the grounds maintenance industry full-time.
